Join us in Schenectady on October 28^th when the Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady will host its annual Halloween Party for kids and youth in the region. This event will feature the work completed by participants in the Breathing Lights youth media program at TBU Productions (at Proctors). Neighborhood ambassadors will also lead a walking tour to view Breathing Lights.
