After Deborah retired as president and general manager of WMHT Public Broadcasting, she established a consulting practice specializing in helping nonprofits succeed. Recently she served as interim president of The Arts Center of the Capital Region and as the interim CEO of the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology, where she guided the acquisition of the museum by SUNY Polytechnic. She has also served on several nonprofit boards including the Community Foundation of the Greater Capital Region, the Albany Symphony, The Sage Colleges, The Arts Center, CMOST and Albany Pro Musica.
